Inconsistent experience. Needs improvement
spacious roomslow staffplumbing noise
the room was fairly spacious which met my basic expectations.
The staff was slow. I had to ask several times for things. there was also a disturbing plumbing noise whenever water was used in my room. this noise frequently woke me up. It really did not feel like a five-star experience.

the housekeeper zora was really good she maintained the room in excellent condition i appreciated her attention to detail and her friendly demeanor. anish provided excellent service during breakfast he was attentive and ensured i had everything i needed. i found prabath attentive near the pool. i really appreciated how quickly he acted when a child slipped ensuring their safety.

the hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions and business districts the convenient location assisted exploration. the surroundings were well maintained and contributed to a feeling of tranquility. transportation options were readily available.

The pool area was AMAZING, and I appreciated the attentive service from MrManoj, MrPrabhth, and Hirunike, the waiter. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I plan to return. The atmosphere felt SO cute and the hotel was just great! Prabath, the lifeguard, gave friendly advice and kept everyone safe.
The check-in PROCESS took a while, I think the staff felt overwhelmed with concert guests.

The hotel has a museum with a shop. THERE is also a pub including dining and pooltables. The swimming area features a NICE design and offers enough space to spend time with families.

The hotel offers a GREAT location. I easily reached various destinations. Public transport and taxis were readily available for exploring nearby attractions. The location is convenient for traveling from the airport and exploring local sites.

The breakfast buffet included several types of cuisine, a combination THAT ensured variety. The breakfast room was clean and well kept each morning. Staff promptly refilled the buffet. I enjoyed the fresh juices.

The room had a very comfortable bed and included fresh bottles of water daily. The bathroom was spacious, including a bathtub and separate shower. I found the room to be very clean. Staff responded to any requests promptly.

Staff members like Haeka provided an improved experience. HE was very friendly. Deepak in housekeeping provided excellent service. He kept my room tidy. The staff offered helpful advice. They were very attentive.

Fantastic stay!

Zora from housekeeping did an Excellent job cleaning my room! She provided fresh towels and linens as requested. People like her are the reason why the hotel is SO good. I would highly recommend this hotel to EVERYONE.
During check-in, the receptionist gave us the WRONG room, disappointing. We had to wait for more than two hours. The drainage in the bathroom was blocked. We could not use the sink. We informed the staff, but no one cared to fix it.

The outdoor pool is slightly heated and has twenty loungers with a shaded section, offering an enjoyable place to relax. The gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is also a latino restaurant in the back of the hotel.
